If you have a warranty issue

The first step is to call our customer service staff @ 1-800-279-7115. Please be ready to provide your warranty # and date of purchase.

Damage occurring during transit

Damage due to poor packaging is covered under this warranty. Damage due to mishandled shipping is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Usually, mishandled freight will have some visible damage on the outside of the crating. In this case, a claim must be filed with the carrier upon arrival of the freight. Uniflex may assist you in this process.

Lifetime Steel Frame Warranty

ChairsforWorship has a lifetime warranty against failure when seating is used for traditional church activities, this includes the entire frame and welds. ChairsforWorship will repair or replaced any frame found to be defective.

Lifetime Structural Seat and Back Warranty

Seat and Back foundations are covered by our lifetime warranty against structural failure or breakage under normal use inside the church. Our components are designed to exceed BIFMA standards.

Lifetime Foam Warranty

We invest heavily in the quality of the foam utilized in our chairs. Therefore, we offer a lifetime foam warranty guaranteed not to wear or break down to a point of affecting the seat comfort or loosening of the fabric.

Upholstery Warranty

ChairsforWorship only utilizes quality commercial grade performance fabrics. Fabrics are warranted by the individual fabric mills ranging between five years to lifetime warranties dependent on fabric selections. Fabrics are not warranted against cuts, tears, burns, normal fading, Ultra Violet Lighting, outdoor use and/or exposure to sunlight.

ChairsforWorship has been an industry leader in quality and innovation for over 30+ years. We proudly stand behind the workmanship of our chairs. Should a seam open or any other failure in the workmanship of your worship seating, rest assured it is covered by our lifetime warranty of workmanship.

To make a claim under this warranty contact ChairsforWorship at (800) 279-7115. We reserve the right to receive photos of the problem and to have a defective chair returned to us at our expense.

Warranty does not apply to any product, which has been altered or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. ChairsforWorship’s obligation under this warranty is limited to credit for or replacement of the defective item.
